Paramus, NJ- The Bergen Community College women's volleyball team played their first home game of the 2024 season and showcased their talent and teamwork in a commanding 3-0 victory against Rowan College of South Jersey-Gloucester on Saturday afternoon This win improves Bergen's record to 4-1 for the season.
The Bulldogs delivered a stellar performance, winning all three sets convincingly with scores of 25-9, 25-17, and 25-8. The match saw standout contributions from multiple players, highlighting the depth and versatility of the Bergen roster.
Leading the charge for Bergen was Gyanna Hernandez, who collected 7 kills and 7 service aces. Angelina Buhler led the Bulldogs 8 kills with a .615 hitting percentage.
