Bergen Sweeps Lehigh Carbon

Paramus, NJ - Madison Heck continues to pitch complete games for the Bulldogs and has improved her record to 7-9 on the season.   Bergen defeated Lehigh Carbon 21-3 and 16-1.  

First game, Bergen's offense put up 12 runs in the first inning and never looked back.  Tatiana Fermaint led the offense with a 3-5 game, with two runs scored, a double and 5 RBI.  Skyler Hanley had two double and 3 RBI.  Hannah Christensen had a all-around great day at the plate going 2-4 with 4 runs scored, 2BB 2RBI and a double.  Madison Kolich went 2-4 with 3 runs 2 BB and 2 RBI. Nicole Salvatore with 3 runs scored fromt he leadoff spot.  Giovanna Dandeneau added a 2-3 game.

Second game, continued their hot hitting putting up 17 runs on 12 hits.   Giovanna Dandeneau had a perfect game going 4-4 with 3 runs and 3 RBI.   Salvatore went 2-4 with 2 runs scored and 2 RBI. Anira Calamia, Tatiana Fermaint and Ariana Brave had a double each.   Ariana Bravo had two doubles, with 2 runs scored and 2 RBI.

Bergen will now host Lehigh Carbon on Thursday, April 25 at 4pm.
