Volleyball Dominates Union College in Straight Sets, Continuing an Unbeaten Run

Union, NJ – The Bergen Community College Bulldogs women's volleyball team overpowered Union College in a decisive three-set match on October 14, 2024. 

The Bulldogs delivered an impressive all-around performance, with standout contributions from key players. Gyanna Hernandez was a pivotal force, contributing 11 points with 4 kills, a remarkable 7 aces, and 8 digs, showcasing her versatility and impact on both offense and defense. Angelina Buhler led the team in kills, adding 6 to the scoreboard, and accumulated a total of 8.5 points. Ariana Garo further bolstered the Bulldogs' offensive advantage with 8 aces and 10 digs, adding up to 11.5 points, exemplifying the team's strength at the net and on the backline.

The Bulldogs were proficient in every aspect of the game, amassing 48 points as a team and achieving a total of 42 digs.
